The Palazzetto, which dates back to the second half of the nineteenth century, has been built following the architecture of the tipical nobiliary house. This kind of structure is present into the island with a maximum of one hundred exemplars.

During the Second World War, the Palazzetto was used by the Italian Army as head quarter. Due to its strategic position and double floor structure, The Palazzetto allowed to have a large view over the whole countryside of Karuscia.

The whole structure, which rises into a 10.000 sm surface, has been renovated recently with a preservative technique in order to maintain the characteristic style of the old house. The Palazzetto affords four indipendet houses, in which the interior design together with the family objects have been wisely recovered creating a particular atmosphere
